Tried high key set up again, this time with F5.6, and flashes at 1/8 and then 1/4 power. Biggest difference was moving subject further from wall. This gave me the opportunity to blast more power into the sheets without overly affecting wrap and risking overexposure.
I was still unable to get the floor white without using a white board, and eventually just decided to do the entire photo in post production. The critical feature here is that the hair is perfectly done on the white background, as this is the most difficult part to mask, and impossible to do perfectly. You can even see the background through the strands of hair that is above the head. It does appear that the masking is perfect, because it isn't masked.
Someone who shall remain anonymous commented that the photo looked fake. Of all the pictures where I removed someone from their background, this is actually the only photo that isn't fake. The only adjustments were that the white sheets on the floor were made whiter. The exposure on the subject is real, and the only adjustments to the subject were to darken the the picture to put it back in line with the original photo because it appeared lighter from lightening the floor.
