Macro photo

Since my new lens has a Macro function, I decided to give it a try. After reading Ken Rockwell's site, I decided to experiment with the camera settings as well.

We'll call this the control photo. The lens is only about 3 inches away from the subject, as the distance measurement is to the sensor, not the lens tip. This is probably the more realistic photo.


This is pretty much the same photo straight out of the camera with the color settings on the camera increased in the middle as opposed to a straight line with the color that is input.
